Asian Warehousing: Bhavik Bhimjyani Re-appointed CMD for 3 Years

Asian Warehousing Ltd shareholders, at their 14th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani as Chairman and Managing Director. His new term is for three years, effective from February 25, 2027, until February 24, 2030. Mr. Bhimjyani's monthly remuneration will be ₹5,00,000. He is a Promoter Director, serving as MD since February 24, 2019, and brings over two decades of experience. The AGM also approved a Material Related Party Transaction with Mr. Vishnu Singh, the Chief Financial Officer.
