Asian Warehousing Leases Office Space from Promoter

Asian Warehousing Limited has approved entering into a Leave and License Agreement with Mrs. Rekha R Bhimjyani, a promoter, for office space at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The agreement is for a monthly license fee of ₹15,000 plus taxes for a period of 11 months, commencing July 2, 2026. This transaction is considered a related party transaction and has been executed at arm's length, based on prevailing market rates. Mrs. Bhimjyani holds 24.38% of the company's shares. The agreement does not grant any special rights related to management, capital structure, or shareholding.
