Bhavik Bhimjyani Re-appointed CMD of Asian Warehousing Ltd

Asian Warehousing Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani as Chairman and Managing Director for a three-year term, effective February 25, 2027. This decision is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the Directors' Report, MD&A for FY26, appointed a scrutinizer for e-voting, and set the closure dates for the register of members and share transfer book for the AGM. The AGM is scheduled for September 21, 2026, via VC/OAVM. Additionally, the board approved a material related party transaction for the remuneration of the Chief Financial Officer.
