Assam Entrade Appoints New CS & Secretarial Auditor

Assam Entrade Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Divyansh Agarwal as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 1, 2026. Mr. Agarwal will serve as a whole-time Key Managerial Personnel. Concurrently, the Board of Directors also approved the appointment of HKS Associates & LLP as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26, effective May 1, 2026. This appointment fills a casual vacancy following the resignation of M/s. Shivam Grover & Associates, and their tenure will last until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Both appointments were made during a Board meeting held on May 1, 2026.
