Associated Alcohols Trading Window Closed for Q1 FY27 Results

Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. During this period, directors, promoters, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are restricted from trading in the company's securities. The date for the board meeting to approve these unaudited financial results will be communicated separately.
