Associated Alcohols Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Results

Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. During this period, Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities. The date for the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
