Asston Pharma Allots 24.1 Lakh Shares via Preferential Issue

Asston Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced the allotment of 24,10,431 equity shares through a preferential issue. The shares were issued at Rs. 115 each, including a premium of Rs. 105.
