Aster DM Healthcare Receives NCLT Approval for Amalgamation Scheme

Aster DM Healthcare Ltd announced it has received the certified true copy of the order from the Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad Bench, approving the scheme of amalgamation between Quality Care India Limited (QCIL) and Aster DM Healthcare Limited. This approval follows the NCLT's sanction of the scheme under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The amalgamation will become effective upon filing the order with the Registrar of Companies and satisfying other conditions. Upon effectiveness, QCIL will be dissolved without winding up. Aster DM Healthcare will inform the stock exchanges of the effective date in due course.
