Atal Realtech Ltd Holds 14th AGM Virtually

Atal Realtech Ltd conducted its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was attended by 43 members. The AGM was held in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars, and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The agenda included the consideration and adoption of standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Remote e-voting was available from September 24 to September 27, 2026, with an additional e-voting facility during the meeting. Mr. Vijaygopal Parasram Atal, Managing Director, chaired the meeting.
