Atal Realtech Limited has decided to withdraw its proposed Rights Issue of Equity Shares, which was intended to raise up to ₹1,600 Lakhs (₹16 Crore). The decision was made by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on October 06, 2026, citing prevailing unfavorable market conditions and business considerations. The company had previously received board approval for this issue on August 17, 2026, and had filed a Draft Letter of Offer (DLOF) with the stock exchanges. Atal Realtech confirmed that the Letter of Offer was not issued, the issue was not opened, no Rights Entitlements were issued or credited, and no application monies were received. Consequently, no investor or shareholder is affected by this withdrawal. The company requested the stock exchanges to take the withdrawal on record and close the application.
