Atishay Board Recommends ₹1 Final Dividend for FY26

Atishay Ltd's Board of Directors, at its April 29, 2025 meeting, recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (10% of face value) for FY 2025-26. This is subject to shareholder approval at the 26th Annual General Meeting on May 26, 2026. May 19, 2026, has been set as the record date for determining dividend eligibility. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of its declaration.
