Atishay Ltd Recommends ₹1 Final Dividend (10%) for FY26

Atishay Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 29, 2025, recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share, representing 10% of the face value of ₹10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM. The Board has scheduled the 26th AGM for May 26, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing/other audio-visual means. Additionally, May 19, 2026, has been fixed as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of members for the final dividend payment.
