Atlas Cycles Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results; Approves Land Sale Extension

Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board approved the results and also granted an extension to the buyer for the execution of the sale deed for 20 acres of land in Sonepat, Haryana, until December 31, 2026. The company has received an advance of ₹45.00 crores for the land sale and expects another ₹15.00 crores by October 30, 2026.
