Atlas Cycles Extends Land Sale Deed Deadline to Dec 2026

Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd has announced an update regarding the sale of its 20-acre land in Sonepat, Haryana. The buyer has requested and the Board of Directors has approved a further extension for the execution of the Sale Deed until December 31, 2026. The company has already received an advance of ₹45.00 crores and the buyer has committed to pay an additional ₹15.00 crores by October 30, 2026, as per the Agreement to Sell dated December 7, 2024. Further developments will be intimated.
