ATN International Appoints Two Additional Directors

ATN International Limited has announced the appointment of two new Additional Directors to its Board. Mr. Raj Kumar Dabriwal has been appointed as an Additional Director (Executive & Non-Independent), and Mr. Kawarlal Kanhaiyalal Ojha as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent). Both appointments are effective from August 12, 2026, and will hold office until the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26, where their appointments will be placed for shareholder approval. Mr. Dabriwal brings extensive experience in corporate management and board-level responsibilities, while Mr. Ojha has a strong background in finance, accounts, and taxation with over 14 years of professional experience. Neither appointee is related to any existing Director on the Board, and both are not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
