ATV Projects India Ltd Holds 39th AGM, Approves Financials

ATV Projects India Limited conducted its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 12, 2026, via video conferencing. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Mahesh Chaturvedi, saw the adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.
