Fluidomat Limited conducted its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting, which commenced at 2:00 P.M. IST and concluded at 2:44 P.M. IST, was deemed to have taken place at the company's registered office in Indore. The Chairman, Shri Ashok Jain, addressed the members, highlighting the company's 50-year journey since its inception in 1971.
