Fluidomat: Trading Window Closed from Oct 1, 2026 for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Fluidomat Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective from October 1, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Quarterly and Half-Yearly Un-audited Financial Results for the period ended September 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and subsequent circulars. Promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, connected persons, fiduciaries, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from dealing in the company's shares during this period. CDSL will freeze the PANs of these restricted individuals specifically for company shares. The company will announce the Board meeting date for approving these results in due course.
