Aurum PropTech: Director Tenure Ends, Nodal Officer Appointed

Aurum PropTech Ltd announced changes in its management structure following a Board of Directors meeting. Dr. Padma Deosthali will cease to be an Independent Director on July 22, 2026, upon completion of her tenure. Ms. Pranali Desale, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has been appointed as the Nodal Officer for investor claims and coordination with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority. Additionally, M/s. Varma & Varma has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The company also stated it will inform the stock exchanges about the AGM date for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, in due course.
