Austere Systems Limited has designated key managerial personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events and information and to make disclosures to stock exchanges as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Piyush Gupta, Executive Director & CFO, and Ms. Sneha Goenka, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, are authorized for these responsibilities.
