Austere Systems: Director resigns, new Company Secretary appointed

Austere Systems Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 27, 2026. Mr. Sharad Gaur, an Independent Director, tendered his resignation from the Board and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee due to personal reasons, effective from the close of business hours on July 27, 2026. Concurrently, the Board, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, appointed Ms. Sneha Goenka as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) of the company, also effective from July 27, 2026.
