Autofurnish Renews ₹1 Cr Overdraft Facility from Tata Capital

Autofurnish Limited's Board of Directors has approved the renewal/availing of an Overdraft (OD) Facility of up to ₹1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) from Tata Capital Limited. This facility, valid for 48 months with an interest rate of 15% p.a., will be used for meeting the company's working capital requirements. The company also appointed Ms. Nisha Nagarkoti as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Ms. Srishti Narang. Ms. Nagarkoti brings over 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and compliance.
