Autoline Industries Appoints P G Bhagwat LLP as Internal Auditor

Autoline Industries Ltd's board approved the appointment of P G Bhagwat LLP as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Scheme of Amalgamation between Autoline Design Software Limited and Autoline Industries Limited was approved, subject to regulatory approvals. The resignation of Non-Executive – Nominee Director, Mr. Siddarth Somnath Razdan, was noted, effective May 15, 2026.
