Rushil Decor Appoints Parikh & Majmudar as Statutory Auditors

Rushil Decor Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 8, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Parikh & Majmudar, Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 37th AGM in 2031. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 32nd AGM. The board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Rushil K. Thakkar as Managing Director for a further term of three years.
