Rushil Decor Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Rushil Decor Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 8, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rushil K. Thakkar as Managing Director for a three-year term starting August 13, 2026. Additionally, M/s.
