Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Results

Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed from September 23, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. This measure is implemented to prevent insider trading ahead of the official financial disclosures.
