Avalon Technologies Ltd has issued a clarification regarding the appointment and re-appointment of directors, as initially disclosed on September 3, 2026. The company confirmed that Mr. CG Balaji has been appointed as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director. Additionally, Mr. Kunhamed Bicha has been re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Venkataramani Anantharamakrishnan as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Byas Unnikrishnan Nambisan as Non-Executive Independent Director. All directors are confirmed not to be debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority. The re-appointments for Mr. Bicha, Mr. Anantharamakrishnan, and Mr. Nambisan are for a further term of 5 consecutive years, effective from July 12, 2027, July 7, 2027, and July 19, 2027, respectively, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Balaji's appointment is effective from September 3, 2026, also subject to shareholder approval.
