Avalon Technologies Promoter Sells 6.00% Stake

Mr. Bhaskar Srinivasan, a Promoter of Avalon Technologies Ltd, along with BBS Family Trust and KBS Family Trust, has sold a total of 40,08,705 equity shares, representing 6.00% of the total share capital. The sale was conducted via the Block Deal Mechanism on the stock exchange on September 30, 2026. Following the sale, Mr. Srinivasan's individual holding reduced from 9.38% to 7.38%, while the Trusts' combined holding decreased from 6.04% to 2.04%. The total promoter group holding has consequently reduced. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at INR 13,37,64,600.
