Avonmore Capital & Management Services Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insiders

Avonmore Capital & Management Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated later.
