Awfis Launches ~1.45 Lakh Sq. Ft. Premium Workspaces

Awfis Space Solutions Ltd. has announced the launch of new premium workspaces spanning approximately 1.45 lakh sq. ft. across Pune, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. These new centers, built on the company's 'Awfis 6.0' design philosophy, add to its existing portfolio and are designed to cater to modern enterprises and large corporates. This expansion, combined with a recently launched Elite Centre in New Delhi, brings the total new chargeable area to approximately 2.45 lakh sq. ft. The company aims to increase its share of premium and Grade A+ centers significantly by the end of FY27, aligning with a strategy of premiumization and demand-led expansion in Grade-A assets.
