This new offering aims to help enterprises scale AI initiatives beyond pilot phases and achieve high-value business outcomes. The nano GCC model is designed for established GCCs seeking AI-led transformation and mid-market enterprises looking for a low-risk platform to accelerate their AI journey. It enables organizations to start with targeted scopes, establish AI-native operating models, and reduce setup cycles. The offering spans AI-native engineering, autonomous IT operations, advanced data and analytics, and intelligent business operations, with responsible AI governance. The initial rollout will focus on the Asia Pacific region, leveraging HCLTech's delivery capabilities in India and AWS's agentic AI services.
