HCLTech Expands Climate Action Grant to 24 Countries

HCLTech has expanded its Climate Action Grant program to 24 countries globally, aiming to support a wider range of non-profit organizations (NPOs) focused on combating climate change and restoring ecosystems. Initially launched in the Americas with a $5 million commitment over five years, the program has disbursed $3 million. The global expansion will see one winner receive $500,000 and three runners-up receive $250,000 each. This initiative aligns with HCLTech's commitment to sustainability and achieving net-zero by 2040, building on its previous CSR efforts in India which have impacted over 8.8 million lives and involved significant environmental restoration.
