Awfis Space Solutions Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Awfis Space Solutions Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 3, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board also took on record the Limited Review Reports from their statutory auditors. Additionally, the Board accepted the resignation of Ms. Shweta Gupta as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective November 10, 2026. Ms. Juhi Garg has been appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective November 11, 2026. Ms. Garg will also serve as the Authorised Person for disclosures and Compliance Officer under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. The Board also decided to defer the completion of the transfer of the Design & Build Business to Awfis Transform Private Limited beyond the end of the calendar year 2026, citing procedural and administrative requirements.
