Awfis Q2 FY27 Revenue up 26% to ₹451 Cr, Cash EBITDA up 45%

Awfis Space Solutions reported strong Q2 and H1 FY27 results. Normalized Revenue for Q2 FY27 grew 26% YoY to ₹451 Cr, and H1 FY27 revenue reached ₹888 Cr, up 30% YoY. Cash EBITDA for Q2 FY27 increased by 45% YoY to ₹49 Cr, with margins at 10.8%. H1 FY27 Cash EBITDA was ₹93 Cr, up 40% YoY with margins at 10.5%. Reported Revenue for Q2 FY27 was ₹439 Cr (up 20% YoY), and H1 FY27 was ₹864 Cr (up 23% YoY). Reported EBITDA grew 31% YoY to ₹174 Cr in Q2 and 30% YoY to ₹336 Cr in H1. The co-working business showed robust demand, with revenue up 31% YoY in Q2 to ₹376 Cr and 34% YoY in H1 to ₹740 Cr. Construction and fit-out projects contributed ₹75 Cr in Q2 and ₹149 Cr in H1. The company added 6 new centers, bringing the total to 254 centers with approximately 174k seats across 18 cities. Portfolio occupancy stood at 76.2%, with centers older than 12 months at 84.1%. The company signed a 1,000+ FTE GCC mandate with a Fortune 500 company.
