Axiscades Appoints Abhay Maheshwari as Additional Director

Axiscades Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Abhay Maheshwari as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) to its Board of Directors, effective June 29, 2026. The decision was made during a Board meeting held on the same date, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Maheshwari brings 18 years of experience in corporate finance, fundraising, IPOs, and financial leadership. He is an IIM Indore alumnus and a Chartered Accountant. The company affirmed that Mr. Maheshwari is not debarred from holding a director position. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
