Kkalpana Industries: Independent Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Kkalpana Industries (India) Ltd announced that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mrs. Ramya Hariharan as an Independent Director, effective July 1, 2026, due to professional pre-occupations. Concurrently, the Board has approved the appointment of Mrs. Rajni Mishra as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, also effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Hariharan will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairperson of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee.
