Optimus Finance Reconstitutes Committees, Appoints New Director and Auditors

Optimus Finance Ltd announced significant changes following a Board of Directors meeting on August 26, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Ramesh Kheradia as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. Ms. Divya Zalani was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective December 31, 2026. Additionally, M/s. Ambalal M. Shah & Co. has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy, with a proposed term of five years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee have also been reconstituted to reflect these changes.
