Optimus Finance Appoints Ramesh Kheradia as Director, Reappoints Divya Zalani

Optimus Finance Ltd announced board approvals for key appointments and re-appointments. Mr. Ramesh Kheradia has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 26, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Divya Zalani has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, from December 31, 2026, to December 30, 2031, also pending shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Ambalal M. Shah & Co. have been appointed as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy and for a five-year term starting FY 2026-27. The company also reconstituted its Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
