Wardwizard Healthcare Appoints Ms. Diksha Sharma as Independent Director

Wardwizard Healthcare Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Diksha Sharma as an Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on October 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Sharma will serve for a period of 5 consecutive years, effective from October 30, 2026. Her appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. Ms. Sharma is an Advocate enrolled with the State Bar Council of Rajasthan and holds a Certificate of Practice from the Bar Council of India. She is also empanelled with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and currently serves as an Independent Director in three other listed companies.
