Wardwizard Healthcare Appoints Tania Dey as New Internal Auditor

Wardwizard Healthcare Ltd has announced the resignation of its previous internal auditor, M/s Upadhyay & Company, Chartered Accountants, effective October 30, 2026, due to time constraints and other professional commitments. Concurrently, the company has appointed Ms. Tania Dey, an Advocate & Compliance Consultant, as the new Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, also effective October 30, 2026. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Ms. Dey brings five years of post-qualification experience in legal risk management, statutory compliance auditing, and regulatory frameworks.
