Wardwizard Healthcare Ltd Appoints Mr. Yuvraj Priyadarshi as Additional Director

Wardwizard Healthcare Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Yuvraj Priyadarshi as an Additional Director of the Company. Mr. Priyadarshi, who is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will take up his new role from 23rd March 2026, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mr. Priyadarshi is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Optometry and a Master’s in Healthcare Management. He has a distinguished career, including collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), and is the Founder of multiple multi-specialty and eye hospitals. He is also a respected Rotary leader and a Bharat Gaurav Awardee.
