Aztec Fluids & Machinery Ltd, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's Insider Trading Code, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in shares of the company. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the approval of the Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2026. All Designated persons, including dependents and immediate relatives, are advised not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the company during this period.
