B & A Ltd has announced the convening of its 112th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST. The meeting will be held at the Auditorium of Kaziranga Golf Club Resort in Jorhat, Assam. Key agenda items include the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the reappointment of directors Mr. Anjan Ghosh and Mr. Rajkamal Bhuyan, who are retiring by rotation.
