B & A Ltd has announced the convening of its 112th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST, to be held at the Auditorium of Kaziranga Golf Club Resort in Jorhat, Assam. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26, and the reappointment of directors Mr. Anjan Ghosh and Mr. Rajkamal Bhuyan.
