Transmission of Shares in B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd. from Deceased Promoter to Legal Heir

B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd. has announced the transmission of shares held by the late Mrs. Aradhana Kashyap, a member of the Promoter Group, to her legal heir, Mr. Saurabh Kashyap. This transmission is in accordance with Regulations 30 and 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Furthermore, due to Mrs. Aradhana Kashyap's demise, she has automatically ceased to be a member of the Promoter Group. Mr. Saurabh Kashyap, however, continues to remain a member of the Promoter Group.
