The results include exceptional items, notably an additional provision of ₹20 Crore for Right of Recompense and ₹17.62 Crore written off from Contract Assets due to an arbitration settlement.

For the standalone fourth quarter of FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹30,251.10 Lakhs and a net loss of ₹726.95 Lakhs. For the full financial year 2026, standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹134,791.20 Lakhs, with a net profit of ₹1,857.67 Lakhs. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both the standalone and consolidated financial results. Exceptional items for the year included an additional provision of ₹20 Crore for the Right of Recompense and ₹17.62 Crore written off from Contract Assets.

B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for May 28, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd has secured a new work order worth ₹180 Crores from Immencity Office Parks Pvt. Ltd. The order is for Civil & Structural Works at Century Red Oak Commercial Building Block 1 in Bangalore. The project is expected to be completed in approximately 18 months and does not involve any related party transactions or promoter interest.

B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd. has announced the transmission of shares held by the late Mrs. Aradhana Kashyap, a member of the Promoter Group, to her legal heir, Mr. Saurabh Kashyap. This transmission is in accordance with Regulations 30 and 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Furthermore, due to Mrs. Aradhana Kashyap's demise, she has automatically ceased to be a member of the Promoter Group. Mr. Saurabh Kashyap, however, continues to remain a member of the Promoter Group.

B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd has secured a new work order worth Rs. 300 Crores from CRC Greens Private Limited for Construction and Supervision of Civil Structural Works for a Group Housing Project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The order is domestic in nature and the execution period is approximately 42 months. The order does not involve any related party transactions and the LOI was received on 17.02.2026.

B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd, a construction company, announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. The company's revenue from operations stands at INR 39,494.17 lakhs for the quarter and INR 1,14,229.67 lakhs for the nine months period. The total income for the quarter is INR 88,240.88 lakhs and for the nine months period is INR 2,406.6 lakhs. The company's operations mainly consist of the construction segment. The results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) notified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013. The company's Employee Benefit Expenses for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 include a one-time incremental cost of INR 2.63 Crores due to the implementation of the New Wage Code.

B. L. Kashyap And Sons Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 11th February 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. This is in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
