Vishal Jai Kumar Garg sold 705,052 equity shares (11.73%) of B. P. Capital Limited to Kalyani Barter Private Limited on May 5, 2026, through an off-market transaction. The total consideration for the sale was ₹6,01,18,000. Garg's holding in B. P. Capital decreased from 23.29% to 11.56% following the transaction.
