Baazar Style Retail Reconstitutes Nomination Committee, Appoints New Director

Baazar Style Retail Ltd announced the outcome of its board meeting held on September 2, 2026. The board approved the reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and the appointment of Mr. Harish Chander Khurana as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Shreyans Surana, the Managing Director, has been additionally designated as the Chairman of the Company, effective September 2, 2026. The company also resolved to withdraw legal cases against Cupid Limited & Ors. before the Alipore Court as part of an amicable resolution process.
