B.A.G. Films Declares Q1 FY27 Un-audited Financial Results

B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd announced the approval of its Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors has also decided to convene the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 17, 2026, with September 10, 2026, set as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Chandan Kumar Jain as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective May 30, 2027, was approved, subject to shareholder approval.
