Bajaj Consumer Board approves FY26 results & AGM notice

Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd's Board of Directors met on April 17, 2026, and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the same period, accompanied by an Auditors' Report with an unmodified opinion.
